Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya for your romantic honeymoon safari and Zanzibar beach holiday. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the luxurious Sankara Hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and journey through the spectacular Great Rift Valley, stopping briefly at a scenic viewpoint for photographs. Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.

In the afternoon, enjoy your first exciting game drive. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its flamingos, over 400 bird species, and thriving populations of both black and white rhinos. Other wildlife includes Rothschild’s giraffes, lions, leopards, buffaloes, waterbucks, baboons and numerous antelope species.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Following breakfast, drive through the floor of the Great Rift Valley to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at Fairmont Mara Safari Club for lunch and a three-night stay.

In the afternoon, embark on your first Maasai Mara game drive in search of the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and vast herds of plains game. Between July and October, witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration as thousands of wildebeest brave the crocodile-filled Mara River.

Nestled along the Mara River, Fairmont Mara Safari Club offers luxurious riverfront tents where hippos, crocodiles and even elephants can often be seen from your private veranda.

Days 4–5: Maasai Mara Safari

Enjoy two unforgettable days exploring the magnificent Maasai Mara.

Morning and afternoon game drives provide excellent opportunities to encounter Africa’s iconic wildlife while taking in the reserve’s breathtaking landscapes. Relax at the lodge during the warmer hours by the swimming pool or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

As the sun sets across the endless plains, capture unforgettable photographs while watching predators begin their evening hunt.

Day 6: Maasai Mara – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart with packed lunches for the Isebania border crossing into Tanzania. Following immigration formalities, meet your Tanzanian driver-guide and continue to the legendary Serengeti National Park.

Day 7: Full Day in Serengeti

Spend a full day exploring one of Africa’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries with morning and afternoon game drives.

The Serengeti is famous for its endless plains, exceptional predator sightings and the annual migration of more than one million wildebeest accompanied by hundreds of thousands of zebras and gazelles.

Day 8: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro via the historic Olduvai Gorge with picnic lunches.

Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. The crater supports an incredible concentration of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the elusive leopard.

Return to your lodge in the evening.

Day 9: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara National Park

Following breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park.

The park also hosts elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and wildebeest.

Day 10: Lake Manyara – Arusha – Zanzibar

After breakfast, travel to Arusha for lunch before transferring to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
