Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our representative will warmly receive you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation after your international flight. Spend the rest of the day at leisure preparing for your exciting honeymoon safari.

Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, begin your Tanzania honeymoon safari with a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park in a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle. Arrive in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Lake Manyara is renowned for its famous tree-climbing lions, vast flocks of pink flamingos, pelicans, storks, cormorants, hippos, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, baboons and over 400 recorded bird species. The lush groundwater forest and the alkaline lake create one of Tanzania’s most picturesque safari destinations.

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Olduvai Gorge – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands to the legendary Olduvai Gorge, one of the world’s most important archaeological sites.

Visit the museum and discover fascinating exhibits about early human evolution, including the famous discoveries made by Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey, such as the Zinjanthropus skull dating back approximately 1.8 million years.

Continue to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Later enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless golden plains, home to Africa’s largest concentration of wildlife.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti National Park Safari

Spend the entire day exploring the magnificent Serengeti.

The Serengeti is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations and hosts the spectacular Great Migration, where over two million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras and Thomson’s gazelles traverse the plains each year. Besides the migration, you’ll have excellent opportunities to spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, hippos, crocodiles and countless bird species.

Return to your lodge for dinner beneath the African stars.

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy an early morning game drive before returning for breakfast. Afterwards, continue exploring Serengeti before lunch.

In the afternoon, depart for the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area, travelling through the scenic Malanja Depression and traditional Maasai villages. Witness the colourful Maasai culture before ascending to your lodge perched on the crater rim, offering spectacular panoramic views of the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera.

Day 6: Full Day Ngorongoro Crater Safari

After breakfast, descend approximately 600 metres into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater with packed lunches for a full day of unforgettable wildlife viewing.

Covering about 300 square kilometres, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to one of Africa’s highest densities of wildlife. Search for the famous Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and the endangered black rhino—along with hippos, hyenas, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles and numerous bird species.

Return to your lodge in the evening.

Day 7: Ngorongoro – Arusha – Flight to Zanzibar

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. Following lunch, transfer to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival, a representative from Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel will meet you and transfer you to the resort on Zanzibar’s beautiful northern coastline.

Nestled among tropical gardens and swaying palm trees, Ras Nungwi Beach Hotel offers stunning Indian Ocean views, white sandy beaches and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for honeymooners.

Days 8–11: Zanzibar Beach Holiday

Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. You will be transferred to Zanzibar International Airport for your scheduled flight to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you will connect with your international flight home.
